Savings · Money back on purchases you'd make anywayCashbackiGraal
iGraal
honestly rated.
A French cashback portal from the same group as Shoop, with about 1,500 shops in Germany. It saves money on planned purchases but earns you nothing on its own. Payouts start at 20 EUR, and confirming a purchase takes weeks to months.
At a glance
Fits you if you shop or book travel online regularly and will reach the 20 EUR threshold without trying.
Watch out for: Missing-cashback claims close 4 months after the order, and some users report payouts being held until they supplied proof.
- Payout
- Bank transfer (SEPA, euro countries only); your first payout always goes this way · PayPal (only from the second payout on) · Gift voucher: allowed by the terms, but the help page says it is currently unavailable (source conflict)
- Threshold
- From 20 EUR of confirmed cashback (terms part B 4.1 and help page, retrieved 2026-10-16). That is high by comparison: one comparison site ranks iGraal 22nd of 25 on this point.
- Timing
- First the shop has to confirm: 2 weeks to 3 months according to the provider, 3 to 6 months for travel and contracts. Once you request it, the terms promise payment within up to five working days; the help page says up to a week, with a manual check.
- ID check

Facts with sources
What the provider and reports actually say.
Every item has a source and a date. Where sources contradict each other, we show the conflict instead of picking the nicer number.
- Type of money
- Savings: iGraal hands back part of the retailer's commission on purchases you were making anyway. No purchase, no money. It is not pay for your time and not sale proceeds. ↗
- Operator
- iGraal SAS, Paris, Paris trade register 488 398 579. The address varies by source: the terms say 16-18 Rue de Londres, the legal notice 50 rue Taitbout, Trustpilot 50 rue de la Victoire (all 75009 Paris); one comparison site says Boulogne-Billancourt. ↗
- Corporate group
- iGraal and Shoop both belong to Atolls (formerly Global Savings Group, Munich). Atolls dates its acquisition of iGraal to 2020. The deals community mydealz is part of the same group. ↗
- Who can join and sign-up
- 18+, consumers living in the EU, sign-up with email and password or a social login. One account per person; one bank or PayPal account may be linked to at most two user accounts. ↗
- Payout
- From 20 EUR of confirmed cashback; the first payout by SEPA only, PayPal after that. SMS verification first. Up to five working days according to the terms. ↗
- Wait until confirmation
- Purchases usually show up within 48 hours; confirmation takes 2 weeks to 3 months, and for hotels, travel, car hire and contracts often 3 to 6 months (provider's statement). ↗
- Missing-cashback claims
- Claims for missing cashback from 48 hours to at most 4 months after the order; some shops allow none at all. Note: confirmation for travel can take longer than this window. ↗
- Tracking and exclusions
- No cashback with an ad blocker, rejected cookies, detours via other sites, outside coupon codes or Payback. None on VAT or shipping either. ↗
- Expiry and termination
- Cashback expires three years after the end of the year it became available. iGraal may terminate with four weeks' notice; you then have one month to claim your balance via support. Source conflict: an older report mentions two years of inactivity. ↗
- Subordination clause
- Part B 5 of the terms contains a qualified subordination clause: if iGraal runs into financial trouble, payouts may not happen. Read the wording yourself; a legal assessment is outside this research. ↗
- Proof before payout
- The terms only require SMS verification. Several public reviews from 2025 report payouts being held until invoices or ID documents were provided. How often this happens is unknown. ↗
- Trustpilot
- 4.1 out of 5 from 39,254 reviews (cached page, no older than March 2026); a comparison site lists 4.1 from 41,275 on 2026-09-04. The profile is merged across countries, so it does not reflect Germany alone. ↗
- App ratings
- German App Store 4.3 from 3,308 ratings; Google Play 4.4 from 43,200 reviews (one app for several countries). Recent German-language Play reviews from 2026 complain about missing credits. ↗
- Comparison test (editorial)
- 79 out of 100 points, 3rd of 10 (as of 2026-09-04); payout sub-score only 55 out of 100. The site does no test purchases and uses a disclosed referral link. ↗
- DISQ survey 2020
- 7th of 13 with 71.2 points ('good'), 3rd for cashback amounts. A 2020 customer survey, so dated; iGraal does not appear in the 2024 results. ↗
- Shop range (provider claim)
- Around 1,500 partner shops in Germany according to the help page and app listing; the home page title says 3,000. A comparison site points to an older third-party figure of only 800 shops. ↗
- iGraal Play (extra feature)
- The app advertises cashback for playing free games (up to 70 EUR according to the provider). That costs time rather than saving money on purchases; we have not assessed this feature. ↗
- Referral links
- External links to earn cashback for yourself are forbidden; the terms explicitly allow your personal refer-a-friend link on your own home page or blog (part B 2.7). ↗

What we don't know for sure (yet).
- We could not load Trustpilot live; the figures come from a cached page and a comparison site. There is no Germany-only figure.
- How often payouts stall over requests for proof or ID is not documented. There are only individual reports, some from other countries.
- Whether gift vouchers are currently available as a payout: the terms say yes, the help page says no, a comparison site says Zalando only.
- How many shops there really are in Germany (800, 1,500 or 3,000) and how the rates compare has not been measured independently.
- Sources disagree on the sign-up bonus (at least 3 EUR after the first confirmed purchase, 5 EUR, up to 10 EUR).
