  1. Payouts

Does the money arrive reliably and on time?

    Strong evidence

Digital rewards arrive instantly or the same day according to the provider, a test and forum users; vouchers from 5 € are reached early. Deducted for PayPal only from 15 €, the 96-hour wait and complaints about removed PayPal options.

  2. Time value

What's left per hour once screen-outs, searching and waiting count?

    Not enough data

Too little data: only an outdated figure (2019) and per-survey amounts without time reference.

  3. Task supply

Is there regularly something to do in Germany?

    Moderate evidence

About 12 surveys a month according to a test; forum users stress an uneven flow. Extra studies and rare group interviews are possible.

  4. Getting started

How high are the hurdles to get going?

    Moderate evidence

Free, from 16, no ID check reported, app and web. Hurdle: a 96-hour wait before the first redemption and a matching email for PayPal.

  5. Fairness & support

How fair are bans, rejections and support?

    Moderate evidence

Trustpilot 4.1 on very many reviews, but recurring complaints about deleted accounts, removed PayPal options and support. The provider reserves the right to terminate with forfeiture of points.

We can't verify whether individual reviews on those platforms come from genuine users; the platforms themselves are responsible for that. Commissions have no influence on the rating.
